e4egg is not liable for delayed deliveries, misdeliveries, or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied during checkout.

Eggs are perishable agricultural products. While we maintain stringent quality control, slight natural variations in egg size, shell texture, or natural markings may occur.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market farm prices.
• Applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any) are transparently calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (Brown, White, or Quail Eggs) without notice.

To maintain top-tier freshness, our daily fulfillment follows structured delivery schedules:

Because eggs are fragile, customers must inspect products upon delivery. If any items arrive broken, cracked, or damaged:

• You must contact customer support immediately after delivery.
• Provide your Order ID, customer phone number, and clear photos of the damaged eggs and packaging.
• Upon review, e4egg may issue a replacement or refund for the affected products.
• Claims submitted long after delivery acceptance or for damage caused by improper home storage cannot be entertained.

Due to the perishable nature of eggs, returns are not accepted once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.

• Cancellations: Can only be requested before the order is dispatched for delivery.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within the timeframe determined by the respective bank or payment gateway.

Online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. e4egg does not store your card details, CVV, or net banking passwords. You agree that your transaction is subject to the terms of your payment provider.

e4egg makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of clean, fresh eggs. However, e4egg shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures arising from circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, severe traffic jams, roadblocks, or inaccurate customer directions.

All trademarks, brand logos, vector illustrations, graphics, and text content displayed on the e4egg platform are the intellectual property of e4egg and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala.
